We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website for lawful business purposes. Orders placed through the Website are additionally governed by our Terms & Conditions of Service. Due to the nature of POD, color/placement/size variances may occur within industry tolerances and screens may differ from printed output. Claim windows and error-handling procedures are defined in the service terms.
Payment, taxes, shipping, refunds/returns, and related matters are governed by the Terms & Conditions of Service and/or the applicable carrier’s contract of carriage. Generally, risk of loss transfers upon carrier pickup at a PrintDash facility.
Data collection and use are described in our Privacy Policy. The Website may use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and personalization.
The Website may link to or integrate with third-party platforms (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, Stripe, PayPal, shipping carriers, etc.). We are not responsible for those sites or services; your use is subject to their own terms and policies.
The Website and all content/features are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintDash disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted/secure operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrintDash will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, lost data, business interruption) arising from or related to your use of the Website. In any case, PrintDash’s aggregate liability for Website-related claims will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Website in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim (typically $0 for browsing).
